JEWELLERY AFTER CARE

STERLING SILVER - All of my pieces are made using .925 sterling silver. It is inevitable that silver will tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, oils and everyday products. While I know you will want to wear your jewellery all the time, to ensure longevity please remove jewelerry items when showering, exercising, swimming, sleeping or any other activities that might get a bit messy. A single free re-polish is available for all purchased items if necessary, please contact me via instagram or email and we can get your jewellery sparkling again.

SOLID GOLD - Solid gold is very delicate and I encourage you to take extra care while wearing it.
Solid gold does scratch easily so it is recommended to remove it when doing work that could damage your piece. For extra care I encourage you to remove your gold jewellery when showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping.

GOLD PLATED - As much as gold plated jewellery is an affordable-alternative to solid gold it does require the most care. Gold plating will start to wear off with time, when gold plated jewellery is not taken care of this will accelerate the wear process. To ensure your gold plated jewellery lasts, avoid spraying perfumes on the item, remove when showering/swimming/exercising and store safely when not worn.
If your gold plating does start to fade, for a fee of $30 I can organise to have your piece re-plated just for you.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

Items can not be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. I ensure you all items made to the highest standard and attention to detail, but even with extreme precision mistakes can happen. My warranty will cover all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear or stone loss.

CUSTOM PIECES

If you would like to create your own custom piece please get in touch. All custom orders require a upfront payment and can not be returned or exchanged.

RING SIZING

Unfortunately items can not be re sized so it is important that you select the right fit.
If you are not sure what your size is I recommend visiting your local jeweller or get in touch and I can help you with other methods to work out your size.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped with Australia Post. I offer standard with tracking ($10) or express postage ($13) all international orders have a shipping rate of $20.

If an item is deemed lost/missing I unfortunately can not offer a return. If you would like to add extra cover to your item please get in touch, extra cover will come at an additional cost and price is determined by the amount you wish to insure.

All items that are already made will ship within 3 business days. Any made to order items will have an estimated wait time of 3 - 4 weeks.
